The owner must advise Pooped Dogs Limited (aka Pooped!) of any medical conditions or temperament issues appertaining to their pet prior to handing over the animal.

All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, treated for fleas, ticks and worms to the best of your ability before handover takes place.

The Owner agrees to pay all costs and charges for services requested, this includes emergency veterinary costs if needed while in our care.

The Owner agrees that if the pet becomes ill or injured and, in the opinion of any Pooped! employee requires medical attention, we are authorised to engage a veterinarian (the Owners Vet will be engaged if possible) and administer any advised treatments as directed by the expert. All costs incurred are to be paid by the pet owner.

The Owner understands that Pooped! operates an off-lead pack walk environment and accepts the positive benefits and potential risks involved.

Pooped! Operates two pack walks daily with an hour of off-lead time minimum, unless there is a good reason for a walk to be cut short (extreme weather or dog behaviour issues, for example).

The owner understands that the walks destination and the order in which pick up and drop will vary day to day, meaning that your dog will be away from anywhere between 1 to 3 hours (averaging 2 hours per trip).

Pooped! Local pack walks take place on one of the many well-known council monitored dog parks in Auckland city. The location of each walk is at the walker’s discretion, destination decisions are made based upon weather, proximity and the individual dogs needs that day.

Pooped! Is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Spots are limited and require a booking in advance. (Last minute bookings can be taken but are subject to availability.)

Last minute (i.e., the day of the booking) cancelations will incur a 50% fee.

All clients are invoiced at the end of each week via HNRY to the provided email address. Invoices are due 2 weeks from when they are sent to the Owner. Most payment methods are accepted.

Once signed, this contract is valid for every professional interaction with Pooped Dogs Limited.

The terms and conditions of this contract are subject to change without notice. It is recommended the Owner update themselves on each visit or via our website.
